The Coin Drop Experiment

 Hey Bloggies!

For maths this week, my group was doing probability and today we did the coin drop game in pairs. what we did is we dropped a coin on a piece of paper 100 ties and had a busy tally how many times it hit the line and how many times it landed in a square. I did it with Zara and these were our scores:

As you can see, Zara got 10 out of 100 in the squares and 90 out of 100 on the lines and I got 9 out of 100 in the squares and 91 out of 100 on the lines. neither of us got too many in the squares but it was quite hard to do so I'm not surprised.

See ya later!

  1. Hi Pippa,
I love your post. I like that you put a lot of detail into your work and made your image big so people can see it. Next time you could have the link to the Toroa site so other people could play the game too.
    Have a great day
