My Perfect Portrait

Hey Bloggies!

Welcome to my student blog and my first post!
It's the start of the year which is when teachers decide to make us draw our faces based off the style of a famous artists style. This year we based our portrait style on Romero Britto, a Brazilian artist who has done lots of portraits of extremely famous people eg. Princess Diana and Elton John.

I'm not that good at drawing faces, but by using what the teachers told us and a bit of trial and error, I managed to make a bright and colourful piece of artwork that represents me and what I love.

Well, here goes nothing.

As you can see, I am from NZ, I love biking, I love to tramp, I love Irish dancing, I love to read and I love my family.

What would you put on yours if you made one?

See ya soon!

  1. Kia Ora Pippa!
    I really like your drawing!
I especially like the rainbow in the background.
I can barely ride a bike, what do you like about it?
Maybe next time you could add ears or eyelashes to your portrait!
My portrait would just be filled with weird fandoms. (Which it is.)
Thanks for sharing your art with us!
